Completion log for combat only restricted accounts

Changes the completion log to show correct percentages for the combat restricted accounts i.e. excludes mastery from total %, only counts obtainable items for items % and only count combat skills for skills %. Item log will only show obtainable items as well (as of Melvor version 0.15.2). Automatically hides skills menu and disables the button.
