It moves ads to the sidebar, avoiding unwanted clicks on them, including the AdBlock banner. Also removes those annoying Startpage promo banner.

Screwed up moving the support/adblock enabled banner
* Delete trying to remove Ads in mobile (It didn't work).* Adding removing Startpage promo banner from Desktop and mobile.
Now It moves too the Support banner to the sidebar (when you are using an AdBlock).
