Enlarge parts of the mosaic HIT UI
This enlarges parts of the mosaic HIT UI, specifically:
The main table is widened to 95% of the browser's size
The height is enlarged to 90%
With the whole thing being enlarged, the ratios of the left (receipt) to right (fields) was off, so I changed it to an 80/20 split which seems to work pretty well.
As of right now you will still need to zoom/scroll some receipts, but on a larger monitor this eliminated it for probably half (and reduced the amount of zooming/scrolling necessary on the remainder).
