Typically a PAVED segment is an UnVerified segment until an editor modifies it then it becomes a Verified segment. On rare occasion this fails to convert to a Verified segment in the backend of WME and cannot be changed by an editor. This causes the segment to never go live in the app or LiveMap. This script will help identify those segments.
