Make Comment counts in items into clickable links, or add a link if no count exists
In the Feed on Fimficition.net, blog posts and new story announcements have footer areas which display the number of comments on the item in question, but which are not, disappointingly, links to said comments.
Also, on any given user's page, when looking at a list of their blogs, the same shortcoming is observed
When looking at a list of a user's stories, the comment counts (displayed as a header, this time) are similarly deficient.
On a story's TOC/description page, the link is missing. Ditto chapters.
This fixes that.
It was not as easy as I thought, and the code is a tad ugly, but it works great.
