хелпер который помогает сдавать карты в клубе на сайте astars

- сдает карты показывая сколько всего уже сдано карт и количество запросов
- задержка между запросами выставлена так чтоб не сломать сайт
- на момент запуска на странице под картой должны показаться кнопки, они показываются примерно за 5 минут до нужного времени

Хз может что упустил, функционал потихоньку наращивается

(пока тестировал только в гугл хроме так что в других браузерах может в теории быть ошибка)
