Moves compatibility and specifications tables to the top and makes them compact.

I found myself frequently visiting MDN just for quick fact check of implementation and specifications status. Since these are normally located on the bottom of the page, it became quite tedious to scroll / slam end. Also lots of information in there became quite familiar/unnecessary/large for, so I made myself this style to adjusts that page to fit my needs.
