Adds Google Maps traffic layer as an overlay to the Waze Map Editor
Basic layer to add the Google traffic layer to the Waze Map Editor (and include closures)
Use the shortcut [Shift]+[T] or the layers menu to toggle the layer.
Improvements in the works, including hopefully removing roads and just keeping closures
