Automatically scroll any webpage at a chosen speed (⌘H). Smooth, with UI + HUD.

    • Replaced the prompt() flow with a polished settings panel (number input + slider) opened via ⌘H.
    • Switched scrolling engine to requestAnimationFrame for smooth, time-based px/sec scrolling.
    • Added a HUD (bottom-right) showing ON status + current speed while running.
    • Added per-site persistence for speed, “stop on manual scroll”, and panel position (localStorage).
    • Added “Stop on manual scroll” toggle with tooltip.
    • Added Shift+mousewheel speed adjustment while running (without scrolling the page).
    • Added Esc to stop/close and Enter to Start/Stop from the panel.
    • Auto-stops at bottom of page.
    • Added icon + set @run-at document-end; updated script name/description.
    • Removed noisy console logging.
