TEMPORARILY DEAD DUE TO TORN'S UPDATES

Sorts all installed card skimmers by location, time installed, score or cards skimmed. Remembers your choice. Adds header with clickable buttons: "Location", "Time installed", "Score" & "Cards skimmed" which do sort on demand. Adds card per hour stat for each individual skimmer and overall average on each location in dropdown menu (see image below) and total among all skimmers on top of the page. Works both for mobile PDA & PC users.
