Fixes the jQuery UI Draggable bug revolving around dragged item getting offset when scrolling.
Applies to the web interface of the Out of Milk© / outofmlik.com service
When managing categories (from the http://outofmilk.com/ManageCategories.aspx page), dragging a category item works properly when at the top of the page; but once you start scrolling down the page (e.g. if you have a long list of categories and the drop targets are beyond the viewport), the item being dragged moves out from under the mouse pointer and further down the page, sometimes disappearing completely, making it hard or even impossible to drop the category item on either the "delete" or "modify" drop targets.
This script fixes this behaviour, such that a category item being dragged always remains under the mouse pointer even when scrolling down the page.
