Set default speed, quality, subtitles and volume globally or per channel

Settings can be set by going to a video page and clicking the settings button.
Ctrl + Space - switch a speed normal/custom
Ctrl + C - copy subtitles (in fullscreen mode, requires enabling appropriate setting)
