Allows entering the time as h:mm, hmn or hhmm. Also changes the background, depending on the entered time validating or not.
Jira is very picky about entering times.
Also you only get feedback after sending of data.
This script simplifies filling those fields (it only likes hh:mm).
It is now possible to enter times using:
h:mm, hmm or hhmm.
Also, if the entered time is valid the background becomes green, otherwise red.
You might need to adjust the @include-field.
