Auto-hide "Members only" videos from untrusted channels on YouTube with a toggle to re-show/hide them. Optionally leave layout gap with config flag (handles sidebar safely too). Includes fallback logic for non-existent parent elements.

Done. Added LEAVE_BLANK_SPACE_WHEN_HIDDEN to top of script, modify this to false and it'll always hide the gaps.
This can have some performance impact on pages where there's almost no normal videos since Youtube'll keep thinking it reached the end of the page and loading more items every times it hides videos until we have enough normal videos to populate the page. Pretty rare edge case but it can be annoying.

I would like to be able to hide the empty spots on channel pages though because some channels have a large amount of member-only videos.
