Changes the requester name to a link that searches mturk for HITs by the requester. Adds a link to the average Turkopticon ratings for that requester. Adds a contact link for the requester. Displays hitAutoAppDelayInSeconds in a human readable format.
If you don't have Greasemonkey installed you can still run this script by making it a bookmarklet using the following method
Step 1) Follow this link: HIT info
Step 2) Bookmark the page and save it on to your bookmark toolbar (or somewhere convenient)
Step 3) Edit the bookmark and delete https://www.mturk.com/mturk/findhits?match=false# from the beginning.
Step 4) Visit a HIT and click the bookmarklet to show the extra HIT info.
