Get spammy goo.gl posts out of the Tumblr tags

Gets rid of the goo.gl spam which has been infiltrating some of the tags on Tumblr
Right now it only detects if a post is spam by seeing if it's a link post going to a goo.gl link, which is far from the best way to determine if something is spam but it's as good a place to start as any.
By default it will make the spam completely invisible but you can change the spamExterminate variable to 'false' if you'd like to be able to flag/block spammers. It'll still cut out most of the spam post.
Seems to work okay with XKit but i'm not certain it's compatible with all the XKit extensions.
Future plans:
- Clean up some of the sloppier code
- Add a tag counter so posts are only considered spam if they have many tags
- Change the link detection to check against multiple potentially spammy links instead of just goo.gl
