Gives new tools for youtbe playback
Creates basic video translation and scale sliders to adjust video framing.
(Was aboned project that was only started and not continued)
YOU NEED TO REFRESH THE VIDEO PAGE FOR THE "SHOW TOOLS" next to 'SHARE' AND '...MORE' button to appear due to youtube using AJAX to update the page content rather than actually changing page
Double click sliders to reset their values.
