Remove Suggested for You and Sponsored posts (Beta)

Searches for Facebook Suggested for You, and sponsored posts text and removes surrounding elements. Work in progress as I've seen some tricks from facebook like putting each letter in a span, which if I continue to see I will update.
This runs every 5 seconds by default so you may briefly see the ads.
You can adjust the 5000 (5 seconds) to smaller amount if desired.
Sponsored posts is a work in progress. If it doesn't work I will continue updating.
