- Code cleanup, let > const, added checks to end execution early (throw error) if the settings don't make sense.
- Better match/exclude: activates *only* on author dashboard
- Removed `@require` for JQuery to prevent conflict
- New cleaner icon

Config moved to a separate script (window.fandomHighlighterConfig) to protect user settings from updates.
