Configuration file for the AO3 Fandom Highlighter userscript here.
This will not update, so your settings will be safe. (Any future updates will be posted as a new, separate userscript, which you can install without overwriting your current preferences.) Backing up to a text file on your computer is still generally a good idea.
Make sure both userscripts are enabled in Tampermonkey/Greasemonkey. If you can't see them, check that you're on a user page (http://archiveofourown.org/users/CertifiedDiplodocus) - they're automatically disabled otherwise.
