This style moves the table of contents to the right side of the page and makes the table of contents "sticky", floating in the same place when scrolling.

The script uses @url-prefix rules to work on any domain that starts with the word confluence. If your Confluence instance uses a domain which doesn't start with the word confluence, you'll have to manually add your custom domain.
