Display the hospital timer on the attack page

On desktop browser, the title of the page will also display the name and the countdown.

A few seconds (2s by default) before the timer is ending, the page will auto-reload.

(Required) You must enter a limited API key
You can adjust the timer for reload, modify the "preFire" value in milliseconds
Ability to disable automatic reload, change the value of disableAutomaticReload to "true" (without the quotes)
