* Add fastest time tracking. This will highlight the fastest time in the chat in blue.
* Fixed an issue where the last run does not correctly fill in that it is canceled.
* Fixed potential leak when switching between characters.

Fix issue with 24 hr timestamps.

Add option to log verbose debug logs to console. This should help with debugging some weird cases where the times don't show up.

Fix issue where changing characters does not refresh the timers.
