Fixed moderation detection with more robust selectors and flexible text matching
Standalone Grok Imagine Auto-Retry & Restore (UI Control Panel + Custom Keybinds)
Stop losing your prompts to "Content Moderated" errors!
If you use Grok (grok.com / x.ai) for video or image generation, you know the frustration: you type a complex prompt, hit enter, and receive a "Content Moderated" error—and your text is gone.
This script automates the fix. It caches your text as you type, and if a moderation error occurs, it automatically restores your text and clicks the retry button for you.
✨ Key Features
Auto-Restore & Retry: Automatically detects the "Content Moderated" message, refills the textarea with your last prompt, and hits the "Make Video" button again.
Floating Control Panel: A sleek, dark-mode compatible UI on the bottom right of your screen.
Configurable Retry Limit: Prevent infinite loops! Set a maximum number of retries (default: 5). The script stops automatically if the limit is reached.
Toggle On/Off: A simple switch in the UI to disable the script without removing it.
Custom Keybinds:
Hide UI: Quickly hide the panel with a keyboard shortcut (Default: Alt + H).
Click-to-Change: Easily change the specific keybind directly from the UI footer.
🎮 How to Use
Install the script via Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey.
Open Grok and start typing in the prompt box.
Set Your Limit: Look at the panel in the bottom right. Enter how many times you want it to retry (e.g., 5).
Let it work: If Grok rejects your prompt, the script will:
Wait 3 seconds (cooldown).
Restore your text.
Click the button again.
Status Updates: The panel shows the current status (e.g., Restoring... (1/5)).
