Any of your bookmarks that are tagged with 'Archived' (default and can be changed) will be hidden from sight. You can view archived bookmarks without having to disable the userscript by actively searching for bookmarks tagged with your chosen tag. This is so you can hide bookmarks for fandoms you may not be interested in or like anymore but don't want to delete for various reasons. At the top of each bookmark results page it will say how many fics on that page are hidden.
