Fixed issue with repeater kanji not existing in the database

Added Wanikani open framework as a dependency, and added a settings menu with said dependency.

Hotfix for quiz stopping if two kanji appeared in a row.

Released version 0.0.2. The functionality of this is the same, aside from the how the size when drawing the strokes was increased from 4 pixels to a more reasonable 20 pixels. However, the entire internal codebase has been rewritten, and is now hosted on github, which is linked in the description of the userscript.
