How can I get my userscript featured?
This list is a sampling of the top 20% of scripts based on daily install count.

Oh ok. That's cool actually
Thanks!
Maybe bump it to top 5%, because I see there non-working scripts with ~0 daily installs.
Like this one for example: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/395591-youtube-downloader
It should not be the case currently that scripts with 0 daily installs will show there for English users. Running the logic right now, it looks like the lowest number of daily installs that would reach the top 20% is 5 installs.
Perhaps you loaded it just when things were getting refreshed and everything had 0 installs.
Maybe something is broken, now again a script with 0 daily installs is at the top: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/5910-instasynchp-emote-names
Edit: The rest scripts are from 0 to 2 installs.
OK, I can see that you could see some with 0 installs if you are browsing with ads off. When you turn ads off, the logic is less picky about what scripts it will show, resulting in a larger pool. I will see what I can do to adjust.
Yes, I have uBlock Origen running.
Edit: Disabled it - still some 0 install scripts there.
Not ads off in that sense, but ads off in the sense that you turned off ads in your Greasy Fork user profile.
To explain the problem a bit...
When there are certain ads on the page, the site is much more strict about which scripts can appear. It will only allow scripts that have been manually OKed by me to show up. I only check the most popular scripts. As a result, the scripts manually OKed tend to lean towards more popular scripts.
The scripts on the home page are the top 20% of scripts that are allowed to show on that page and that support the current language. Since the home page has ads, if you are browsing anonymously or have ads enabled, it will only show the scripts that have been OKed. Currently 3,483 scripts are like this. If instead you are browsing with ads disabled, there are 100,660 scripts that are allowed to show, and there are 92,865 scripts with 0 installs, so the top 20% is going to include a lot of them.
So I'm adjusting the math a bit here. Instead of top 20%, it will consider count**0.75, with a cap at 1000. For the ads enabled case, this makes it so the top 453 (instead of 696) can appear, and for the ads disabled case, it reaches the cap of 1,000 (instead of 20,132). So you will see not much difference if ads are enabled, but much more popular scripts if ads are disabled.
Looks good now. 3 scripts - 4 installs, 1 - 6 installs, 1 - 9 installs.

There are some userscripts featured on the main page of Greasy Fork on "Step 2: install a user script".
I was wondering how I could get my userscript featured also.
