Yes, Wanikani made some changes a few weeks ago, and it still seems to be trickling down to people's browsers. Anyway, this script isn't maintained anymore since it is now integrated into the Double-Check script. I recommend switching to Double-Check, and if you don't want to use any of its other features, you can disable them in the settings.
