Currently, the script does not pay any attention to the path on the server (the part after the /). That would require a huge, huge change that I'm not planning for this script.
I'm aware of one userscript on the old site that checked URLs in a completely different way that allowed for path-specific blocking. I suspect it needs to be updated at least for Google's current layout, and I always found it confusing myself...
