The New York Times' website prevents text selection and has weird font size changing behavior on double click. This script prevents that functionality.

Yes, text on nytimes.com is not selectable, and double clicking toggles between 3 different font sizes. Not sure how you're not experiencing this behaviour, but this script is a much needed improvement!
It looks like you're on a Mac. That's the only thing I can imagine, unless it's something being handled for me by uBlock filters (not sure if you're also using that).

I've never seen it prevent text selection, so that's very strange. Also, if you're saying that the font size changes on double-click, I've never seen that either (or it changing at any other time). Are you on a specialized platform?
