Is there any information yet on why exactly people are being banned? Did someone get feedback from Nexters Support?

I use Hero Wars Helper since 2 Years. But nothing in Guild war, Clash of World, etc. Only to collect Tower, Rewards, Tournement of the Elements etc. I used the "Fix it" Function in Asgard. But since people get warning, i did not use it this week.

I have NO warnings on 3 Accounts. I am on the neweset Version of Hero Wars Helper. I am still using it.

A friend was warned last week and today opened the game with Hero Wars Helper installed and got banned for 4 days (till 15th November). He also only used basic functions and "Fix it" in Asgard in the past. Nothing in Guild war, Clash of World (PVP)

Other friend was also warned last week and removed Hero Wars Helper complete.

Too much time passes from the moment the violation is recorded to the notification and blocking. Unfortunately, there is no information yet about what exactly causes it.

I was also banned until 15th - used hwh in a mini account - i used it multiple days without any problems with disabled TOE - after i tried TOE i think the ban occured ... my personal advice - Disable Tournement of the Elements
It would be very nice if you could just implement to do the basic raid levels (maybe configurable)

Why doesn't anyone use the Goodwin script? There, it seems, they ban much less often, and there are more functions available than in this one.
