More layouts and customization options for V3
Yes it's the footer on the YouTube page.
because most pages have endless scrolling to load additional tiles.
No pages have infinite scrolling, because this is V3, not Polymer (Note that StarTube13 will not function at all if you don't have V3 installed). There is always some sort of load more button, so there are no issues reaching the footer.
this is an addon for a custom youtube web app, it is not designed for the regular website
