I would encourage anyone who could get Bingewatcher+ to work with Violentmonkey, but I couldn't, which is why I left the message on the front page:
"Tested on Chrome & Tampermonkey, (Firefox / ViolentMonkey incompatible)"

Question: How to open the configure panel if I use Violentmonkey? I was able to access it the first time I installed the Bingewatcher but I couldn't do it anymore after I re-installed it. And by the way, I couldn't use Tampermonkey because Opera blocked the extension.
