This is awesome. Just a suggestion, you might be able to download via TamperMonkey which could remove a dependency on a 3rd party tool:

`GM_download(url, filename);`

Mangadex has touchy anti piracy measures that lock you out for a period of time if you trip it.
I don't think I'd be able to skirt around them as well as the 3rd party tool, and it can package them as zip/cbz and save to a predefined location
