Adds a download button to the Vimeo video player. This is a rewrite of "Vimeo Embed Download" originally created by aleixdev (https://gf.qytechs.cn/en/scripts/376551).
Doesn't seem to be working for me, after clicking a download button it just says wait, and then nothing happens.
the code does not work on private videos to download private videos, use this code
